Many thanks to our friends at Newtownstewart Theatre Company for the drama workshop with the fabulous Michael McCabe. The children had a great time learning all about the use of our bodies for acting, rhythm, volume, ensemble work, stillness, stage directions and so much more.
Ask your child about belly breathing and get them to show you how to do it. Even try it yourself! Brilliant for learning relaxation.
