We completed our Stage 2 Road Safety walk with Gareth from the Department of Infrastructure today. Gareth was delighted with the manners of our children. As we continued on our walk, the children became increasingly aware of potential hazards and the 6 steps of the Green Cross Code. We would encourage our parents to keep talking about this important area with the children, especially finding the safest place to cross.
It was lovely seeing lots of our family about town or beeping at us on our walk. Many thanks again to Gareth.
