The children in Mr McKernan’s class have been studying the book, The Day The Crayons Quit.
As the final part of the study the children decided to write letters pretending to be Mr McKernan, Mrs Stevenson or Mrs Hamilton and give all the reasons that they are quitting.
We had so much fun preparing the letters and then reading them out to the class.
Mrs Keys even joined us to read out her “I am Quitting” letter.
We are happy to say that we are not actually quitting as we’re having too much fun here.
